My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and truly exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Vikram and Laxman who made sure every detail was taken care of. The location, although noisy due to its proximity to a road and bridge, was still spectacular with its huge pool and surrounding spa setups. The dining experience was delightful, with attentive staff and delicious meals. Overall, a fantastic experience with some minor noise concerns.
If you're looking for a peaceful and exclusive retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this hotel is perfect. The rooms, although lacking openable windows, offer a spacious and beautifully decorated haven with all the essentials. The dining experience offers a good variety of Indian and western options, cooked to order, and the facilities are well-equipped for a relaxing stay.
Choosing a higher category room with a private garden was a delight to come back to after a day of exploring, despite the humidity due to the weather. The hotel is meticulous in preparing rooms early in the morning for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful gardens and stunning surroundings. The rooms, though on the ground level, give a glimpse of luxury; can't imagine what the higher-spec rooms are like. The service received was exceptional, with Mr Santosh and Mr ensuring our stay was warm and memorable. The location is a true paradise overlooking the pool and offering a serene atmosphere. The dining experience, while good, was a bit limited in choices. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few areas that could be improved.
